No. All of our apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd level of Tanner Building.
Our refund policy is outlined on each booking channel's website. The short answer is, it depends on how you booked. We encourage our guests to select the refundable reservation option if there is a possibility their trip will be canceled.
Yes. Guests can park anywhere on the streets, free! Guests staying Monday-Thursday will find a parking pass in their apartment that is good for the duration of their stay, and parking is not monitored overnight or on the weekends, so guests staying over the weekend will not need a pass.
Please note: In the summer months Downtown Bay City closes 3 streets for activities and events all summer, and Center Ave / Water Street are closed for Riverside Art Festival, 4th of July Festival June 29-July 1, National Night out on August 1st, 2023, and Chalkwalk on August 12th 2023. Guests may park in one of 4 parking lots within blocks of the building during these events and we will send a map and instructions to guests visiting during those events.
Located in the heart of Downtown, it would be hard to find a location more centrally located for fantastic dining, great shops and parks to explore, and daily free events and activities on the closed streets next to Tanner Building, hosted by Downtown Bay City. We keep our Lucky Star Guidebook in each apartment, and also always have our Guidebook and Events calendar on our website.
Each apartment is furnished with everything a guest needs to enjoy their stay. Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, cooking equipment, coffee (including creamer and sugar), salt and pepper are all provided.
Yes. We allow up to two guests in our studio and one-bedroom apartments, and up to four guets in our two-bedroom apartments.
Please note: Social gatherings and parties ARE NOT PERMITTED at any time in Tanner Building. Guests will be asked to leave without refund and a $200 additional fee will be enforced.
Yes. On the weekend we require a 2-night stay on Friday and Saturday night.
The short answer is maybe. We cannot guarantee early check-in for any guest at any time, but generally we can accommodate an early arrival time between 2-4 pm. Guests can reach out through their booking channel the night before/day of their arrival for an accurate early check-in time.
Please note: Early check-in is less likely in the summer, especially on Sunday.
Generally no. In order to properly clean and prepare each of our apartments in time for our next guest we cannot offer late check-outs.
Yes, we have coin-operated washers/dryers in the basement of the building, available anytime for our guests.
We use a wifi-integrated lock system. Each guest is given a unique key code that will only work for the duration of their stay. To operate, touch the bottom left-hand corner of the touchpad, type in your unique key code, and wait/listen for the door to unlock.
Guests can easily regulate the temperature of their apartment by using the thermostat or air conditioning unit.
We ask our guests to throw away any food left in the cupboards, refrigerator/freezer, put used dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before they leave. That's it!
Yes. Guests must be over the age of 21 to reserve an apartment.
