Lucky Star Rentals is located in the Historic Tanner Building, built in 1867. The three-story walk-up (no elevator) in the heart of Downtown Bay City, gives views of the park and riverfront. Park your car for the weekend and enjoy dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping located steps from your door.

Lucky Star Rentals
Lucky Star Rentals gets it name from an early hit song from Bay City's own Queen of Pop, Madonna. She was born in Bay City and spent lots of time here visiting her grandmother. Check out our MADONNA TOUR.
Our studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments are located in the Heart of Downtown Bay City near Wenoah Park and the Saginaw Riverfront where you'll see freighters, cruisers, and sailboats traverse the waterway.
